Jillian Michaels Refuses Childbirth

Jillian Michaels is famous for being "America's toughest trainer." She's best known for her tough training techniques on the reality tv series "The Biggest Loser." If you've ever had the opportunity to see her on television or view her photos in magazines and on the internet then you'll notice that she's in peak physical condition. Her body is perfectly toned without looking too muscular like that of a female bodybuilder. Basically, I think many would agree that she's got a perfect body.

Michaels has worked very hard to maintain her body and her beauty. She doesn't want to give it up. This tough no-nonsense trainer told Women's Health magazine,"I'm going to adopt. I can't handle doing that to my body. Also, when you rescue something, it's like rescuing a part of yourself." Her philosophy is to keep her peak of perfection body in shape by never experiencing childbirth. By adopting a baby she'll be able to enjoy all the joys of motherhood without sacrificing her body.

Her comments have now made her controversial. Some women believe that Michaels is being shallow in putting her body ahead of childbirth. Others support her decision saying that her body is her livelihood as well as its her choice whether or not she'd like to go through childbirth. Her comments have now sparked off some heated discussion.
